摘　　要：研究了基本双频Buck变换器可能存在的工作模式,详细分析了工作于"模式一"时变换器的工作原理。结果表明,基本双频Buck变换器的稳态和动态性能都存在明显缺陷,其应用领域受到限制。讨论了改进双频Buck变换器的工作模式,特别分析了其工作于"模式二"时的工作原理,在此基础上研究了改进双频Buck变换器工作模式的判定方法,提出了变换器在整个负载变化范围工作于"模式一"的关键条件。最后,在理论分析的基础上进行了实验研究。Firstly, the possible operation mode of the basic double frequency Buck converter is researched in this paper, and the operation theory is analysed carefully when the converter operating in ＂the first mode＂, and the results show that the steady-state and dynamic property of the basic double frequency Buck converter exists obvious demerit and the application occasion is limited. Then, the operation mode of the improved double frequency Buck converter is discussed, the operation theory when operating in ＂the second mode＂ is analysed especially, based on this analyse above, the method how to judge the operation mode is researched, the critical condition to warrant the converter operation in ＂the first mode＂ when the load of the converter varying in the whole range is proposed. Finally, based on the theory analyse, the experiment results are given.
