摘 要:针对不控整流式的AC/DC/AC变换器,提出一种改进的空间矢量PWM方法应用于变换器的逆变级调制来取消或减小直流侧的大容量电容。其主要思想是根据负载功率因数角判断是否需要在直流侧放置一小容量续流电容,然后根据直流波动电压的采样值和SVPWM控制策略下电容的充放电规律来修正调制比。文中给出了最小电容值的计算方法,此电容与传统的平波电容相比容量显著减小且仅作倒灌电流的续流通道,所以称此变换器为准全硅变换器。最后针对所提出的准全硅变换器用Matlab/Simulink进行了仿真,仿真和实验结果验证了其可行性。This paper proposes an improved space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) method for canceling or reducing the size of the DC-link capacitor of an AC/DC/AC converter. The main idea is to judge whether or not placing a small capacitor on the DC-link by the power factor of load; then modify the modulation ratio according to the sample value of DC-link voltage and the charge-discharge rules of capacitor with control of SVPWM. The method of calculating the smallest capacitor's value is given. The capacity of capacitor is smaller than traditional filter capacitor's and it is only used to be commutation channel for feedback current, so this kind converter is called quasi all-silicon converter. Simulation and experimental results are given to verify the validity and effectiveness of the proposed control method.
