摘 要:介绍了皮革真空转鼓的结构、鞣制机理及其应用;通过正交试验分析了真空条件下皮革鞣制工艺,分别以收缩温度、皮内的Cr2O3含量、Cr2O3的吸收率为考察指标,讨论了各因素对不同指标的影响;将收缩温度(95℃)及Cr2O3的吸收率结合作为考察指标,得到了真空条件下鞣制的优化工艺。结果表明:鞣制时间越长,铬粉用量越大,皮革的收缩温度越高。综合考虑收缩温度及Cr2O3的吸收率,鞣制时间越长综合得分越高。Describes the construction of vacuum drum for leather tanning, the mechanism of leather tanning and its applications. The leather tanning process was investigated in vacuum via orthogonal experiments, with the influencing factors on different indices discussed taking leather's shrinkage temperature, Cr2O3 content in skin and the absorption rate of Cr2O3 as the evaluating indices. An optimized tanning process was found in vacuum by combining the shrinkage temperature to which 95℃ is regarded as the best with the absorption rate of Cr2O3. The results showed that the longer the tanning time, the more the chrome powder consumed and the higher the leather shrinkage temperature. Considering the effects of both the shrinkage temperature and absorption rate of Cr2O3, the longer the tanning time is held, the higher the comprehensive evaluation index will be.
