氨酚羟考酮片与舒尔芬在治疗烧伤换药疼痛中的比较

摘　　要：目的:评价氨酚羟考酮片和舒尔芬对烧伤换药后疼痛的疗效和不良反应。方法:选择80例烧伤患者,随机分为2组,其中A组40例予氨酚羟考酮片,单次1片;B组40例予舒尔芬,单次1片。观察并记录服药即刻、服药后1 h和2 h的VAS评分、呼吸次数(RR)、心率(PR)以及不良反应。结果:A组在服药后1 h和2 h的VAS评分,RR,PR均低于B组(P<0.05)。A组的不良反应发生率低于B组。结论:氨酚羟考酮片对于烧伤换药引起的疼痛有良好的镇痛效果,而且较为安全。Objective： To observe the analgesic effects and untoward reactions of oxycodone-acetaminophen tablet and diclofenac-codeine on pain caused by burn dressing changes.Methods： Totally 80 burn patients were enrolled and randomly divided into 2 groups.Patients were treated with oxycodone-acetaminophen tablet（n=40） and diclofenac-codeine（n=40）.The VAS,RR,PR and untoward reactions were observed and recorded before treatment and 1,2 h after treatment.Results： All the VAS,RR and PR were significantly lower after treatment with oxycodone-acetaminophen tablet than with diclofenac-codeine（P〈0.05）.The untoward reaction rate of oxycodone-acetaminophen tablet was lower than that of diclofenac-codeine.Conclusion： Oxycodone-acetaminophen tablet is effective and safe in the treatment of moderate pain during burn dressing changes.
