超关节外固定器治疗胫腓骨下段开放粉碎性骨折

摘　　要：应用８０－Ｉ型多功能外固定器跨踝关节超关节外固定治疗１５例胫腓骨下段开放粉碎性骨折伴踝关节骨折或脱位，结合软组织处理，预后优良率达９０％以上。本治疗方式解决了胫腓骨下段开放粉碎性骨折的固定困难，可使肢体恢复近正常长度，另外对踝关节起到弹性固定作用，有利于踝关节骨折、关节周围韧带损伤的功能重建。故作者认为该治疗方式是治疗伴有踝关节稳定系统破坏的胫腓骨下段开放粉碎性骨折的可采用的手段之一。From 1987 to 1996, 15 cases of serious open fractures of the lower segments of the tibial and fibula accompanied with dislocation or fractures of the ankle joint were treated with 80-I type external fixator by fixing across the ankle joint. The follow up was 6 months to 7 years, average 3.2 years. The results were excellent and good in 90% of the cases.The advantages of the treatment were that it can maintain the length of lower extremities, provide less damage, keep the ankle joint in function style within the period of tissue's repairing. Authors believed that the external fixation should be selected for treating the fractures of the lower segments of tibial and fibula accompanied with dislocation or fractures of ankle joint.
