摘 要:测定了浙江2个地方群体番鸭共30个个体线粒体D环部分序列,共检测到10个变异位点,8种单倍型。结合鸭科其他3个属的线粒体DNA控制区(D-loop)序列分析表明:番鸭种内遗传变异相对较低,与同科不同属的鸳鸯间的遗传距离小于与家鸭之间的遗传距离。分子系统发生树表明番鸭在分类学上与鸳鸯属的亲缘关系更近。The partial mitochondrial D-loop sequences segments of 30 samples from 2 local populations of Muscovy duck in Zhejiang Province were sequenced, and 10 variation sites and 8 haplotypes were detected. Compared with the reported sequence analysis of other 3 genera of Anatinae, the results showed that the genetic variation within Muscovy duck species was relatively low, and the genetic distance between Muscovy duck and mandarin duck(Aix)was shorter than that between Muscovy duck and duck(Anas spp. ). The phylogenic tree showed that Muscovy duck was closer to mandarin duck in genetic relationship.
