摘  要:采用PCR-RFLP技术对石岐杂黄鸡351个样本的胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)基因的5’端调控区进行遗传多态性研究,发现经PstⅠ酶切后出现3种基因型:AA、AB和BB,基因型分布符合哈代-温伯格定律。3种基因型与开产日龄(AFL)、50周龄产蛋量(EP50w)相关性分析结果显示,不同基因型开产日龄差异不显著;50周龄产蛋量,AA型最低,AA型与AB型有显著差异,AA型与BB型差异极显著,BB型与AB型差异不显著。试验结果表明等位基因B可能同IGF-Ⅰ基因表达调控有关,或同产蛋性状基因相连锁。试验为以IGF-Ⅰ基因型为分子标记进行辅助育种研究提供了基础。The 351 Shiqiza yellow hens from this institutes hennery were used as test materials and the genetic polymorphism of the 5'region of their insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ )was studied by means of PCR-RFLP technology. It was found that through Pst Ⅰ digestion,AA,AB and BB three gen- otypes appeared, and their distribution accorded with the Hardy-Weinberg law. The correlation analysis of the three genotypes with the age at first laying(AFL)and egg production at age 50 weeks (EP50w)showed that there was not a significant difference in the AFL among different IGF-Ⅰ genotypes, but there were significant differences in the EPS0w among different IGF-Ⅰ genotypes. The experimental result indicated that the allele B could be related to the IGF-Ⅰ gene expression or link with the egg laying performance-related genes.
