摘 要:在NaCl胁迫下,对以茄子为砧木的番茄嫁接苗和自根苗的生长、保护酶活性、渗透调节物质含量、叶绿素荧光进行了比较。结果表明:番茄嫁接苗叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均高于自根苗,叶绿素荧光值Fv/Fo和ETR高于自根苗,嫁接苗叶片的丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧根阴离子(O2.-)的产生速率均低于自根苗。其中砧木07-11-5最不耐盐,72号和CGN-17497较耐盐。Eight eggplant cultivars were used as rootstocks and effects of salt stress on the growth of grafted and self-root seedlings of tomato were studied. The results showed that the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase( POD) and catalase(CAT)in leaves of grafted seedlings were sig- nificantly higher than those of self-root seedlings. The malondiadehyde(MDA)content and superoxide anion producing rate in leaves of grafted seedlings were significantly lower than those of self-root seedlings. The tomato seedlings grafted on the rootstock 07-11-5 had the poorest salt tolerance and those grafted on the rootstocks 72 and CGN-17497 had the best salt tolerance.
