游离皮片受区扩张后作为任意皮瓣供瓣区的实验报告

摘　　要：目的:旨在探讨游离皮片受区进行扩张后作为任意皮瓣供瓣区以增加皮肤来源的可行性。方法:在兔背部设计全厚皮片交换移植,皮片存活2月后进行软组织扩张器的置入。注水结束后,进行邻近皮瓣移植修复另一新造皮肤缺损区,观察邻近皮瓣存活情况,并研究真皮下血管网形态。结果:扩张后的部分作为供瓣区,共18个部位,皮瓣全部存活16个部位,2个部位皮瓣部份坏死,皮瓣存活者见皮肤颜色,质地尚可,扩张后的皮片下血管网明显扩张、增粗。结论:选择合适病例,游离皮片受区进行扩张,可以作为再次手术供瓣区。Objective To increasing skin source, we investigate the feasibility of offering local skin flap field after dilatation of free skin graft field. Methods We devise swapped full-thickness graft on rabbit backside, then insect the soft tissue dilator 2 months later. After dilated, local flap were transplanted to a new skin wound. To observe the survival circumstane of flap, and study the shape of vascular net bellowed dermal. Results Among the 18 flaps, 16 cases survived entirely, 2 cases partially necrosis. The color and characters of survival flap skin looked so well. Using microscopy, we found neonatal vascular net in free skin graft receiver field, and vascular net and post-dilatation skin flap were obviously dilated, thicken and increasing. Conclusion The free skin grafft receiver field is suitable for reoperation as donor field after dilatation on approriate cases.
