摘 要:宁紫薯1号在2003-2005年国家和江苏省甘薯品种区域试验和生产试验中,平均鲜薯产量为1901.8 kg/667 m2,比对照品种平均增产2.6%,薯块平均干物率27.5%,薯块花青素含量22.41 mg/100 g,总可溶性糖含量5.6%,抗茎线虫病和根腐病。研究表明:生物产量随施肥量的增加而提高,商品薯产量以施肥量50 kg/667 m2复合肥+10 kg/667 m2钾肥时最高。A new purple sweet potato variety Ningzishu 1 was bred by means of grafting and crossing. Its average fresh root yield was 1 901.8 kg/667 m2,increasing by 2.6% over CK in the national and Jiangsu regional trials during 2003- 2005. The average dry matter rate, anthocyanin content and total soluble sugar of its roots were respectively 27.5% ,22.41 mg/100 g and 5.6%. This variety was re- sistant to stem nematode and root rot. The study on its high - yield fertilization practice showed that the biological yield increased with the fertilizer application rate increasing,and the highest marketable root yield could be achieved when the amounts of applied compound fertilizer and potassium fertilizer were respectively 50 kg/667 m2 and 10 kg/667 m2.
