超声引导下自动活检枪经皮肾穿刺活检并发症分析

摘　　要：目的评价超声引导下自动活检枪经皮肾脏活检术的并发症及影响因素。方法回顾性分析了143例超声引导下自动活检枪自体肾经皮肾穿刺活检术成功患者,所有患者的操作均由1名经验丰富的医生进行。有关活检术并发症的影响因素运用多因素Logistic回归法进行分析。结果143例患者中,所有患者活检术后均出现短暂性镜下血尿,其中12例出现肉眼血尿,2例出现肾周血肿,未出现其他严重并发症。性别、年龄、穿刺次数、肾实质厚度与和病理组织分型与并发症之间无统计学意义。结论超声引导下自动活检枪经皮肾脏活检术是诊断肾脏疾病的一种安全方法。常规搜集来提示肾脏活检术后并发症的许多潜在危险因素并不存在有意义的预测价值。Objective To assess the complications by ultrasound-guided renal biopsy with automatic biopsy and impossible predictors. Methods This was a prospective cohort study of 143 patients who successfully underwent ultrasound-guided renal biopsy of native kidney by automatic biopsy gun in our hospital. All the patients were performed by one experienced doctor. Predictors of postbiopsy complication were assessed by multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results In 143 patients, almost all patients were observed transitory microhaematuria. Of these 12 patients were seen macrohaematuria, and 2 patients occurred perinephritic haematomas, and there were no severe complications occurred. The gender, age, the puncture times, the length of renal cortex and the type of pathohistology were not significantly correlated with the complications rate of biopsy. Conclusion The ultrasound-guided renal biopsy with automatic biopsy gun is a kind of safe diagnostic method for kidney disease. Of the data routinely collected for potential predictors of renal biopsy complication rate, it dose not show significant predictive value.
