摘　　要：本文研究了阳图感光PS版感光涂布液常用溶剂的沸点、爆炸极限、危险温度、蒸汽压、黏度、蒸发热、闪点,通过不同溶剂的配合,配制了在低粘度下保有较高的固含量的可以应用在高速卷筒线的感光胶涂布液,并且在使用上做到了经济、环保和安全。In this paper, the boiling point, explosion limit, danger temperature, viscosity, vapor pressure and flash point of the solvents which are often used in photographic emulsion of positive-working PS plate are studyed. And through mixing different solvents together, the photographic emulsion with the quality of low viscosity and high solid content which can be used on the high-speed drum product line is obtained. The application of the photographic emulsion is economical, enviroment friendly and safe.
