大鼠脊髓背角神经元内SP受体与Fos共存

摘  要:用免疫细胞化学技术对大鼠脊髓背角内Fos阳性神经元和SP受体阳性神经元的分布及相互间关系进行了研究。一侧后肢跖部皮下注射2%福尔马林后,同侧脊髓背角内可见有大量的Fos阳性神经元,而对侧背角内未见或偶见少量Fos阳性神经元。Fos阳性神经元主要集中分布于背角Ⅰ层和Ⅱ层背侧的内侧部。SP受体阳性的胞体和树突最密集分布区为背角的Ⅰ层,少量分布于Ⅱ层的背侧部和Ⅲ~Ⅳ层。Ⅱ层的腹侧部仅见来自Ⅰ层、Ⅱ层的背侧部和背角深层的阳性树突。双标记免疫反应结果显示,背角内部分Fos阳性神经元呈SP受体阳性,主要分布于Ⅰ层内侧半。上述结果提示,背角浅层内SP受体可能涉及伤害性刺激诱发的c-fos表达。The present study was to investigate the distribution and relationship of c fos oncogene expressing protein product(Fos) positive neurons and substance P receptor(SPR) positive ones within the spinal dorsal horn of the rat by means of the immunocytochemistry.Following injection of formalin into one hindpaw,it was found Fos positive neurons were distributed mainly in medial half of the ipsilateral lamina Ⅰ and the outer lamina Ⅱ,whereas none or few were detected in the contralateral dorsal horn.SPR positive neuronal cell bodies and dendrites were densely oserved in lamina Ⅰ.A few SPR positive bodies and dendrites were found in the outer laminaeⅡ and laminae Ⅲ Ⅵ.The inner part of lamina Ⅱ only contained a few SRP positive dendrites that derived from lamina Ⅰ,outer lamina Ⅱ and laminae Ⅲ Ⅴ.Double labeled immunocytochemical study showed that some Fos positive neurons were immunostained for SPR.These double labeled neurons were located mainly in lamina Ⅰ.The results suggested that SPR might be involved in noxious stimulus evoked c fos expression in the spinal dorsal horn.
