摘 要:对湿磨衬板用加镍及加锰的低碳高合金钢的组织和力学性能及腐蚀条件下的冲击磨损性能进行研究。研究结果表明:对加镍低碳高合金钢,当碳含量由0.16%增至0.25%,合金组织由板条马氏体变为板条、隐晶马氏体与残余奥氏体的混合组织,在腐蚀条件下抗冲击磨损性能先升后降,以0.21%含碳量为最优;加锰的低碳高合金钢在湿式磨机衬板模拟工况环境下,抗冲击磨损性能略优于加镍低碳高合金钢,锰代镍具有可行性。通过分析冲击腐蚀磨损表面形貌、磨面表层及亚表层的状态变化,结果显示两种合金在腐蚀条件下冲击磨损机制接近,后期以疲劳剥层为主。Low carbon high alloy steels containing some nickel or manganese were used as wet grinder liner material, the microstructure, mechanical properties and impact-corrosion-wear resistance were investigated. The results show that when the carbon content of low carbon high alloy steel containing some nickel increases from 0.16% to 0.25%, the microstructure of alloy changes from lath martensite to the mixture of lath martensite, aphanitic martensite and residual austenite, and the impact-wear resistance under corrosion condition increases at first and then decreases. The alloy containing 0.21% carbon has optimum properties. The impact corrosion and wear behavior of the steel added manganese is better than that of the steel added nickel. It is feasible to substitute nickel with manganese in this condition. The SEM morphology of worn surface and the metallograph of subsurface zone show that the corrosive impact wear mechanism of these two kinds of steel is approximately the same.
