摘 要:为了制得可控粒径的ZrO2粉并提高其均匀性,采用低温陈化法合成了ZrO2纳米粉,并讨论了反应条件对样品粒径的影响.通过DTA,XRD,TEM和粒度分布仪等检测手段对产品进行了表征.结果表明:在500℃得到了晶化较好的单斜相ZrO2,选择适当的合成条件:控制Zr4+与CO(NH2)2的摩尔比为1∶3,溶液pH为1.5,加入少量聚乙二醇800(PEG-800),可得到粒度分布集中,均匀性较好,粒径约为24.4 nm的样品.该法工艺简单、得到的ZrO2粉体粒径分布较窄.In order to obtain size-controlled ZrO2 nanopowders with a narrow size distribution, this paper described the preparation of ZrO2 nanometer-sized powders by aging at low temperature and the influence of preparation conditions on particles size distribution of samples. The powder samples were characterized by DTA, XRD, TEM and grain size analysis. The experimental results showed that m-ZrO2 has been preparated by heating at 500 ℃. Under the appropriate experimental conditions that the molar ratio of Zr4+ to CO (NH2 )2was 1 : 3, the value of pH was 1.5 and adding the polyethylene glycol 800 ( PEG 800), we prepared the uniform ZrO2 nanopowders with 24.4 nm diameter of particles. The prepared ZrO2 nanometer-sized powders showed a narrow size distribution using this simple method.
