摘　　要：普京上台以来,俄罗斯一直致力于恢复在中亚的影响。梅普组合政权模式保证了俄中亚政策的延续性。俄格冲突后,俄中亚政策将更加主动和强硬,以巩固目前在中亚地缘政治竞争中的相对优势。目前,俄中亚政策在战略层面上没有发生变化,变化的仅仅是策略。Russia has been trying to restore its influence in Central Asia since Putin's assumption of power.The present Medvedev-Putin power structure guarantees the continuation of Russia's policy towards Central Asia.In the wake of the Russia-Georgia conflict,Russia's Central Asia policy tends to be more positive and tough,so as to consolidate the relative advantage it enjoys in the geo-political contention in Central Asia.At the present,while Russia's Central Asia policy remains unchanged on the strategic level,some changes in tactics did occur.
