摘　　要：按照随机分段抽样的方法,从医方、患方、政府和社会等4方视角对全国10城市医患关系现状进行典型调查,主要包括医患关系的总体现状(医患关系的本质属性、所处类型、总体状况及目前改善医患关系的效果)和医疗品质现状(医疗质量、医疗安全、服务水平及就医环境)。According to multistage sampling, the authors have investigated doctors, patients, officials and community population on the status of doctor-patient relationship in ten cities of China, on the aspects of both the general status of doctor-patient relationship, such as essential attribute, types, general situation and amendatory effect, and the status of medical quality, such as medical technique, safety, health service and environment in the hospital.
