摘　　要：分析以CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)知识资源总库为代表的我国互联网学术期刊在科学交流系统中的利益分配、版权管理、发布平台等问题,借鉴开放存取的研究和实践成果提出基于第三方机构的利益分配和版权管理模式,从创新型科学研究服务和建设创新型发布平台两个不同角度讨论互联网学术期刊今后的运营模式。CNKI （China National Knowledge Infrastructure） is the most typical integrated scientific journal platform in China. After introducing CNKI＇ s organization and operation models, this paper analyzes what problems CNKI are facing, including benefits distribution, rights management, publishing platform, etc. By referencing Open Access research results and practice, some resolutions based on third-party are proposed. From viewpoints of innovative scientific research services and building an innovative publishing platform, some suggestions are presented about CNKI＇ s future running model.
