益气养血补肾方对环磷酰胺致大鼠白细胞减少的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气养血补肾方对环磷酰胺(CTX)致白细胞减少症大鼠的作用机制。方法:用CTX建立白细胞减少症大鼠模型,用益气养血补肾方治疗,观察大鼠外周血WBC、骨髓有核细胞数及血清GM-CSF水平的变化。结果:益气养血补肾方治疗组大鼠外周血WBC、骨髓有核细胞计数、血清GM-CSF含量明显回升,与模型对照组相比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:益气养血补肾中药对CTX所致的外周血白细胞数下降具有明显的对抗作用,且在升白细胞上存在一定的量效关系。Objective： To discuss the mechanism of Yiqi Yangxue Bushen Fang （YYBF） leukopenia result from cyclophosphamide. Methods： We treated the leukopenia rat model result from cyclophosphamide with YYBF and observed peripheral blood WBC, marrow nucleated cells and the levels of GM-CSF in serum. Results： YYBF could enhance peripheral blood WBC, marrow nucleated cells and GM-CSF of the leukopenia rat model, compared with the model group, had significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： YYBF can enhance peripheral blood WBC of leukopenia result from cyclophosphamide, but there is a certain dose-effect relationship.
