摘　　要：随着医疗卫生事业的不断发展和人们法律意识的提高,医疗纠纷已成为当前社会热点问题之一,医患冲突愈演愈烈。使医院的医疗活动陷入困境,并有可能引发医院危机。本文从深层次研究医患冲突的原因以及医院如何应对由此引发的危机,对目前的问题作了逐层分析,更全面地把握政府、医院和患者三方的关系,尽快找到解决之道。With the development of health service and increase of people＇s legal consciousness, the medical dispute has become one of the current hot spots of society,and the conflict of the medical trouble has become more and more fierce. Thus it made the medical activity of the hospital get into trouble, and possibly cause the hospital crisis. This article studied the reason of the medical trouble from a deep level and how to deal with the hospital crisis caused by the conflict, and made a cascade analysis of the present problem, hoping to find a solution to the problem as soon as possible by comprehensively and tactfully dealing with the relationship among government, hospital and patients.
