摘　　要：目的:报道腹膜后纤维化合并左侧重复肾盂输尿管畸形1例,探讨腹膜后纤维化的临床特点及诊治方法。方法:回顾性分析1例腹膜后纤维化合并左侧重复肾盂输尿管畸形的诊治情况,并复习有关文献,探讨其临床特征。结果:腹膜后纤维化特别是合并左侧重复肾盂输尿管畸形较罕见,影像学检查表现为肾积水、肾功能不全。结论:腹膜后纤维化合并重复肾盂输尿管畸形治疗以手术为主。Objective： To discuss the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal fibrosis with left duplication of kidney and ureter malformation. Methods： One case retroperitoneal fibrosis with left duplication of kidney and ureter malformation was presented with review of the literature. Results： Retroperitoneal fibrosis with left duplication of kidney and ureter malformation was rare. There was hydronephrosis and chronic renal function failure in this case. Conclusion： Surgery is the main therapy for retroperitoneal fibrosis with duplication of kidney and ureter malformation.
