孕期生殖健康教育和健康促进对妊娠并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的通过孕期生殖健康教育和健康促进,降低孕产妇妊娠期并发症,改善妊娠结局。方法对实验组450例孕妇进行系统的生殖健康教育和健康促进干预,并取400例作为对照组,对两组孕妇妊娠期并发症发病情况进行统计分析。结果实验组阴道炎、妊娠合并贫血、胎膜早破发生、早产及子痫前期的发病率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开展孕期生殖健康教育和健康促进,有利于降低妊娠期并发症的发生率,改善妊娠结局。Objective To reduce the complications of the pregnant and lying-in women and improve pregnant ending by the pregnant health education and health promotion. Methods The pregnant health education and health promotive intervene were used the 450 pregnant women of experimental group, while select the 400 pregnant women were used for the control group. To analyses the suffer from the complications of pregnancy of the experiment and control group. Rusults All of the amalgmate rate of vaginitis,pregnancy merge anemia, premature rupture of membrane, premature delivery and preeclampsia were significantly lower than those of control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Developing pregnant health education and health promotion will be beneficial for reducing the complications of pregnancy and promoving pregnant ending.
