摘  要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT扫描及重建技术在显示翼腭窝的影像解剖关系的应用价值。方法对多层螺旋CT扫描后的数据通过多角度不同方向的MPR重建技术来显示翼腭窝及其与周围部位解剖的三维立体关系。结果通过MPR三维重建技术可以清晰显示翼腭窝由上颌体、蝶骨翼突及腭骨组成的一个狭窄间隙;及其通过八个通道与七个解剖结构相通连的关系;分别是经通眶下裂与眼眶相通;经蝶腭孔与鼻腔相通;经翼上颌裂与颞下窝相通连;经圆孔与颅中窝相通连;经翼管与颅底外侧相通连;以腭鞘管与鼻咽相通连;经腭大管与腭小管与口腔相通连;结论多层螺旋CT扫描后的MPR技术可以重建出并清晰显示翼腭窝及其与周围影像解剖关系有重要的应用价值。Objective To investigate the multi-slice CT scan and reconstruction in the pterygopalatine fossa show images of the anatomical relations value. Methods Multi-slice CT scan after the data through a multi-angle different directions reconstruction of the MPR to show pterygopalatine fossa and with the surrounding parts of the anatomy of three-dimensional relations. Results MPR three-dimensional reconstruction can clearly show the pterygopalatine fossa by the upper body, sudden sphenoid wing bone of the palate and a narrow gap, and its seven through eight channels and even the same anatomical structure of the relationship are The infraorbital-orbital fissure and the same; the sphenopalatine hole with the same nasal cavity;cracked the wing upper temporal fossa with the same company of the hole and even the same cranial fossa; wing of the lateral skull base and even the same;Palate sheath and nasopharyngeal even the same;Daguan the palate and small palate of the same even with the mouth. Conclusion The multi-slice CT scan after the MPR technology can be reconstructed and clearly show the pterygopalatine fossa and its relations with the surrounding anatomy of a video important value.
