摘　　要：目的评估和分析地震灾害期间在院和离院晚期肿瘤患者抑郁、焦虑情绪以及相应的心理干预治疗。方法采用Zung抑郁自评量表、Zung焦虑自评量表对地震期间在院晚期肿瘤病人组13例、地震期间撤离医院晚期肿瘤病人组16例进行评定,给予以认知行为治疗为主的心理干预。结果抑郁发生率:地震期间在院晚期肿瘤病人组为84.6%,地震期间撤离医院晚期肿瘤病人组为81.3%。焦虑发生率:两组分别为76.5%、75%。两组癌症抑郁、焦虑无差异,给予心理干预措施有效。结论地震期间在院晚期肿瘤病人和地震期间撤离医院晚期肿瘤病人存在明显抑郁、焦虑症,心理干预有助于改善患者抑郁、焦虑症,使其生存质量提高。Objective To assess and analyse the depression and anxiety in a sample of advanced cancer patients during the Wenchuan earthquake and to examine the effects of the psychosoeial interventions. Methods ZUNG＇s Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS） and ZUNG＇ s Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） were used to assess the depression and anxiety of two groups,which one group included 16 tumor patients who staying in hospital and another group included 21 tumor patients who evacuating hospital,both groups admitted from May to June, 2008. We managed anxiety and depression by use of cognitive behavioral therapy. Results The rate of depression was 84.6% and 81.3% respectively, and the rate of anxiety was 76.9% and 77% respectively, in the two groups. There were no differences between the two groups with depression and anxiety,but both of which were higher than those of cancer patients under usual reference circumstances. Psychosoeial intervention showed a significant effect on managing anxiety and depression. Conclusion Anxiety and depression were greater in advanced cancer patients both the staying in hospital group and the evacuating group during the Wenchuan Earthquake. Psychosocial interventions can assist advanced cancer patients in reducing the depression/anxiety and improving quality of life.
