带锁髓内钉在股骨干骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨带锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨干骨折的疗效。方法自2002年1月～2007年12月用带锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨干骨折69例,手术采用小切口复位、手动扩髓、顺行插钉技术。结果随访3～36个月,平均14个月,无继发性感染、畸形愈合,关节功能正常,无髓内钉及锁钉断裂等发生。结论带锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨干骨折具有创伤小、稳定性好、功能恢复快、骨折愈合率高等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the belt to lock in the marrow in the nail the fixed treatment stock backbone bone bone fracture curative effect. Methods Locked in the marrow from January,2002 to December,2007 with the belt in the nail the fixed treatment stock backbone bone fracture 69 examples, the surgery used the small margin replacement, manual to expand the marrow, to insert the nail technology along the line. Results Makes a follow-up visit 3 - 36 months, the average 14 months,the non-sequential infection, the abnormal cicatrization, the joint function is normal,does not have in the marrow the nail and locks occurrences and so on nail break. Conclusion The belt locks in the marrow in the nail the fixed treatment stock backbone bone bone fracture to have the wound to be small, the stability is good, the function restores quickly, the bone fracture recovery rate higher merit, is worth the clinical promoted application.
