小剂量氢氯噻嗪与硝苯地平控释片联用治疗老年收缩期高血压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察小剂量氢氯噻嗪与硝苯地平控释片联用治疗老年收缩期高血压的效果。方法56例老年收缩期高血压患者随机分为两组,A组28例单服硝苯地平控释片30mg,每日一次,早晨口服;B组28例在服用硝苯地平控释片基础上加用氢氯噻嗪12.5～25mg,在为期4周治疗期间记录血压、心率、药物不良反应及血钾等生化指标。结果B组比A组有显著的降压效果。结论两药联用更适用于老年收缩期高血压的治疗。Objective To observe the efficacy of low-dose hydrochlorthiazide（HCTZ） in combination with nifedipine controlled release tablets（NCRT） in elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension. Methods 56 cases of elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension were divided evenly into two groups. After one-week＇s clearout period. Patients of group A（n=28） received nifedipine controlled release tablets 30mg orally qd. while patients of group B（n=28） received NCRT plus HCTZ 12.5 -25mg once daily therapy for one year. During 4 week＇s treatment,blood pressure, heart rate and side effects were recorded regularly. Results group B exhibited more significant effects than group A in reducing blood pressure（P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion HCTZ in combination with NCRT is effective and safe in treating elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension.
