摘  要:采用AFLP技术对中国对虾野生群体和第9、10代选育群体的遗传多样性及遗传分化进行分析,计算了3个群体间的遗传多态度、遗传距离及分化系数。结果显示,5对引物共产生了137条带,其中多态性条带有63条,平均每对引物检测到12.6条多态性条带。3个群体的多态位点比例分别为45.99%、40.57%和41.02%;Shannon多样性指数分别为0.1818,0.1807和0.1774;野生群体与选育群体之间的遗传距离及分化都比较大,但选育群体之间的遗传距离和分化都很小分别为0.0031和0.0206。结果表明,选育群体相较于野生群体多态位点比例和遗传多态度均有所下降,随着选育时间的延长,相邻世代群体间遗传距离和分化也均有所下降,出现趋同现象,显示出"黄海1号"新品种具有遗传上的稳定性。The AFLP technique was used to analyze the genetic diversity and genetic differentiation of a wild population and 2 consecutive selected populations of shrimp Fenneropenaeus Chinensis. The genetic polymor- phisms, genetic distances and differentiation indexes were calculated according to the AFLP results. The results showed that 137 bands were generated with 5 primer sets, and 63 bands were polymorphic bands. On the average, every primer set had detected 12. 6 polymorphie bands. The proportions of polymorphic loci were 45.99 %, 40.57 % and 41.04 %, and the genetic diversities of the wild and the selected populations quantified by Shannon indexs were 0. 181 8, 0. 180 7 and 0.177 4, respectively. The genetic distances and differentiation indexes between the wild and selected populations were large but they were very small between the ninth and the tenth generations of the selected populations 0. 003 1 and 0. 020 6 respectively. According to the results, with the increasing of selected generation, the selected populations showed that the genetic distances and genetic differentiation indexes became smaller, and that there was a convergence phenomeon implying that, this new variety had genetic stability.
