摘 要:通过单因素实验、均匀设计和正交实验对链霉菌702产孢子培养基和培养条件进行筛选,筛选到的最佳培养基组成为:马铃薯200g/L,葡萄糖25g/L.最佳培养条件为培养温度37℃、培养时间5天和培养基初始pH值8.实验结果表明,采用优化后的培养基和培养条件,使链霉菌702产孢子数达到4.07亿,比原来培养基(高氏一号培养基)产孢子量提高了8.7倍,培养时间却从原来的7天缩短到现在的5天.The optimum medium and cultural conditions on producing spores for Streptomyces 702 were screened out through uniform design, orthogonal and single factor experiment. The optimum medium consisted of (g/L): potato 200, glucose 25. The optimal conditions were 37℃ of cultural temperature, 8 of initial pH, 5d of cultural time. The experimental results showed that, under the optimal conditions, the number of spores produced by Streptomyces 702 was up to 407 millions, which was increased by 870 % than the original medium (Gause's No.1 synthetic medium). Furthermore, the culture time was shortened from 7d to 5d.
