摘 要:研究了杨木APMP浆重复利用后性能的变化情况。将APMP浆回用5次,通过研究发现,随着回用次数的增加,浆料保水值有较大幅度下降,而打浆度降低幅度较小;裂断长在第1次回用时有较明显下降,之后变化趋于平缓;撕裂指数随着回用次数的增加缓慢降低;白度随回用次数的增加有较大幅度下降,不透明度则随回用次数的增加而增加。随着回用次数的增加,APMP浆纤维细胞腔塌陷严重,同时,由于纤维的角质化,造成纸张的紧度增加。The fiber characteristics and the sheet properties of the poplar APMP in recycling were studied. The APMP was recycled five times. The results showed that the water retention value of the pulp decreased rapidly and the beating degree decreased in a less degree with recycling; The breaking length of the sheet decreased obviously in the first recycling, then the reduction rates decreased less with each additional recycling. The tearing strength and whiteness reduced, and the opacity increased with recycling. As recycling times increased, the lumen of fiber collapsed seriously and fiber hornification occurred in recycling process, so the density of the sheet increased gradually.
