摘　　要：介绍了一种新型的高浓盘磨机磨片,磨齿的Z形特殊结构,既有利于高浓磨浆过程中蒸汽的排出,又延长了浆料在磨浆区的停留时间,达到了满意的磨浆效果。This thesis introduces a new refiner plate for high consistency disc refiner. The shape of the bar is the letter ‘Z＇ like. The Z path therefore retards the movement of the fiber material, preventing the fiber material from exiting the refiner without being sufficiently refined. The new refiner plate facilitates the removal of steam while retaining the pulp in the refiner region therefore achieves satisfactory pulp quality.
