摘　　要：网络成瘾的类型可分为网络游戏成瘾、网络交友成瘾、网络色情成瘾、计算机成瘾等等。解决大学生网络成瘾问题,需要了解和把握大学生网络成瘾的特点,认识网络成瘾对大学生自我控制行为的影响;需要个人、家长、学校以及政府部门的共同努力。Internet addiction can be divided into the type of game addiction network, the network addiction make friends, network pornography addiction, computer addiction, and so on. Students solve the problem of Internet addiction, college students need to understand and grasp the characteristics of Internet Addiction, Internet Addiction awareness of college students self-control behaviors needs of individuals, parents, schools and government departments to work together.
