论普京政府的经济目标与政策走向

摘　　要：普京政府的经济目标是在普京任总统期间制定和确立的,现在将由普京亲自执行和完成。普京政府的经济目标体现了普京的执政理念和发展思路,反映了俄罗斯民众的需要与追求,构成了一幅俄罗斯要实现民族振兴、经济崛起和经济模式转型的雄心勃勃的发展蓝图。普京政府为实现其既定的各项经济目标,已开始对相关的经贸政策做出重大调整,这些政策的走向一方面将会对中俄目前的经贸合作模式产生较大冲击,我方必须要采取相应的对策加以应对;另一方面,普京政府的发展规划和政策取向也将为中俄两国未来的经贸合作提供诸多机遇和广阔空间。The economic goals of Putin's administration were stipulated and established during his presidency,and are being personally implemented and completed by Putin personally.These economic goals manifest his ruling concept and development thinking.Reflecting the need and wishes of the Russian masses,they constitute an ambitious Russian development blueprint for realizing national prosperity,economic emergence and national mode transition.To realize these economic goals,the Putin administration has already begun making major readjustments in related economic and trade policy.These policy orientations will have a great impact on the current China-Russia economic and trade cooperation mode on the one hand,and our side must take corresponding measures to cope with the situation.On the other hand,the development plan and policy orientation of the Putin administration will also provide many opportunities and vast room for the future bilateral economic and trade cooperation.
