针刺对急性脑梗死患者血清IL-6、IL-8影响的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨IL-6、IL-8与脑梗死患者神经功能损伤的关系,探讨针刺对IL-6、IL-8的调节作用。方法患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用针刺加药物治疗,对照组单纯应用药物治疗,两组治疗药物相同。结果治疗前,两组IL-6、IL-8显著升高,与患者神经功能缺损程度有显著相关性。治疗后,两组自身前后对照IL-6、IL-8的降低均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组IL-6水平显著低于对照组,IL-8水平两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组IL-6、IL-8水平的下降与神经功能缺损的改善程度无显著相关性。结论IL-6、IL-8在急性脑缺血损伤的病理变化中扮演了重要的角色。针刺可以促进IL-6、IL-8的调节,有助于改善脑缺血急性期的炎性损伤,促进神经细胞功能的恢复。Objective To explore the relationships of IL-6 and IL-8 to neural deficit and the regulating effect of acupuncture on IL- 6 and IL-8 in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group received acupuncture plus medication and the control group, only medication. Both groups were treated with the same medicine. Results IL-6 and IL-8 significantly increased and was significantly correlated with neural deficit in both groups before treatment. After treatment, statistical analysis showed that IL-6 and IL-8 significantly decreased in both groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. iL-6 levels were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference in IL-8 between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. A decrease in the level was not significantly correlated with degree of neural defieit in both groups after treatment. Conclusion IL-6 and IL-8 play an important role in the pathological injury due to acute cerebral ischemia. Acupuncture can facilitate the regulation of IL-6 and IL-8, help to reduce the inflammatory injury in the acute stage of cerebral ischemia and promote the recovery of neuronal function.
