摘　　要：从六个方面分析当前住宅小区建设中存在的问题,强调领会绿色住宅的内涵、规划设计宜反映地域特色,应有针对性,还要提高建筑绿化质量、实现建筑节能和体现"以人为本"的理念等。The article analyzes the problems existed in residential community construction from six aspects and emphasizes to understand the meaning of green houses and that it is better to reflect the regional characteristics in planning. In addition, the article also emphasizes that the greenery quality shall be improved, the building energysaving shall be realized and the ihuman-orientedi± concept shall be reflected.
