图像处理系统在精密装配质量检测专机上的应用

摘　　要：针对目前的小口径弹引信装配质量检测现状,在引信径向跳动检测上采用F150图像无损检测技术,实现人机隔离的自动检测。该系统采用西门子的PLC-313C-2DP,数字量扩展模块SM322、通讯扩展模块CP340-RS232和触摸屏,对数据进行采集和处理得到满足精度要求的径向跳动值。Aiming at current situation of small-bore ball fuse assembling quality detecting, adopt the F150 image non-destructive detecting technology on fuse circular runout detecting to realize isolated man-machine automation detecting. The system adopts PLC-313C-2DP for Siemens, the figure amount expanding module SM322, communication expanding module CP340-RS232 and touching screen, carries out collecting and dealing with the data and gains the circular runout value that can meet the accuracy.
