摘  要:目的:观察归芍地黄汤联合经瞳孔温热疗法(TTT)对兔视网膜神经的保护作用。方法:30只成年青紫蓝兔随机分为正常对照组、模型组、TTT治疗组、中药治疗组、中药联合TTT治疗组5组,每组6只。将除正常对照组外的其余动物均造成脉络膜新生血管(CNV)模型。造模4w后,中药治疗组、中药联合TTT治疗组予归芍地黄汤灌胃,剂量为4.63g(/kg·d),每日1次,持续至造模后8w;将TTT治疗组、中药联合TTT治疗组动物置于固定箱中,0.5%美多丽-P滴眼液双眼散瞳,0.4%倍诺喜行眼表麻醉后,在全视网膜镜下行TTT治疗。8w后取眼球壁组织行HE染色,轴突用丽春红-亮绿染色法。结果:造模8w后HE检查结果可见CNV;轴突染色结果显示中药联合TTT治疗组轴突染色面积和积分光密度值高于TTT治疗组和中药治疗组。结论:归芍地黄汤联合TTT对年龄相关性黄斑变性有更好的治疗效果。Objective:To observe the protective effect of Guishao Dihuang decoction combined with transpupillary thermotherapy (TTT) on retina nerve of rabbits.Methods: 30 rabbits were randomly divided into five groups ( n=6 ) : normal control group,model group, TTT treatment group,TCM treatment group and TCM combined with TTT treatment group. Choroidal neovascularization (CNV) animal models were induced with semiconductor laser.8 weeks later,the histological changes of retina, ehoroid of rabbits were observed and the area and MOD of axon in inner plexiform layer of retina were measured under light microscope.Result:The area and MOD of axon in TCM combined with TTT treatment group were significantly higher than those in TTT treatment and TCM treatment group.Conclusion:Guishao Dihuang decoction combined with TTT has a better therapeutic effect for age-related macula degeneration.
