摘　　要：目的:探讨老年精神疾病患者精神药物的使用情况。方法:采用自拟调查登记表,对患者一般情况、临床情况及使用精神药物的种类、剂量与合用抗胆碱能、苯二氮类药物情况进行登记。结果:新型精神药物维思通居首位,其次为奋乃静、氯氮平、氯丙嗪、丙戊酸钠及帕罗西汀,且精神药物多为单独使用。结论:老年精神疾病患者应单独使用小剂量、不良反应小而轻的精神药物为宜。Objective： To survey the use of antipsychotic drugs in the elder mental isorders. Methods： Record the patients＇ common state,clinical situation, the druge＇ type dosage, whether united with benxodiaxepines of cholinoceptor blocking druge and so on. Results： The new drug Veiston lists the first, then erphemazine, cloxapine, chlorptomzine, valproat and most of the drugs is used alone. Conclusion： It is better for the elder mental disorders to use alone antipsychotics of little dosage and low side effects.
