摘 要:我国天然焦储量丰富,但其应用研究尚不够深入。氢能作为一种清洁理想的二次能源,具有广阔的应用前景。在常压固定床上进行天然焦富氢气化试验研究,考察反应温度、Ca/C摩尔比以及水蒸气流量对气化特性的影响。试验结果表明,反应温度及水蒸气流量一定,Ca/C摩尔比为1.0时,气化效果最好。反应温度750℃,Ca/C摩尔比1.0,天然焦加入总量1.5 g,水蒸气流量4.8 L/min时,产气中H2、CO2、CO及CH4产量体积分数分别为64.2%、28.3%5、.5%和1.9%,碳转化率达36.7%。并与同一产地的烟煤富氢气化进行了对比实验。The reserves of natural coke are rich in China. But researches on the natural coke are not enough for its utilization. Hydrogen energy is a clean and ideal secondary energy in the future. In this paper, experiments of hydrogen-rich gasification of natural coke were carried out on an atmospheric fixed bed to investigate the effects of reaction temperature, Ca/C mole ratio and steam flow on gasification characteristics. The experimental results show that the maximum gas production is achieved when the mole ratio of Ca/C is 1.0 under certain temperature and steam flow. Under the temperature of 750 ℃, when Ca/C mole ratio is 1.0, the total natural coke is 1.5 g and the steam vapor flow rate is 4.8 L/min, the volume fractions of H2, CO2, CO and CH4 in the gas are 64.2 %, 28. 3%, 5.5% and 1.9 respectively with the carbon conversion rate of 36.7%. Additional experiments were made to compare the gasification characteristic of the natural coke with that of its original bituminous coal.
