摘  要:针对粉煤加压密相输运床气化炉的特点,对其冷渣系统进行了特殊设计。简要介绍了系统设计的基本参数,整体设计思路,主体结构,冷渣器的工作原理,主要介绍了浅床流化床的特点,并且对冷渣系统的启动、正常运行、停运过程进行了探讨,对冷渣系统可能出现的事故进行了分析,并提出了处理方法。Regarding to the characteristic of Pressurized Pulverized Coal Dense Transport Gasifier, the slag cooler was designed specially. Basic parameters, integral design concept and main structure, the working principle of slag cooler were briefly introduced, the characteristics of shallow fluidized bed was presentation mainly. Besides, the process of start-up, operation and out of operation for slag cooler system were also discussed. Finally possible accidents were analysed and disposal methods were given accordingly.
