摘  要:在比较了目前世界上进行CFB锅炉热平衡测试的标准的基础上,采用中国的DL/T964-2005标准对国内某300 MW CFB锅炉的热平衡研究,主要结论如下:300 MW CFB锅炉烧无烟煤在司炉习惯性操作下的热效率高达91.8%,在Ca/S摩尔比为1.567的情况下,锅炉的脱硫效率高达91.51%,同时NOx的排放浓度仅为79 mg/Nm3。并分析了排烟损失大的原因,研究了不同负荷下锅炉各部分热负荷比例分配关系和厂用电的情况。On the basis of comparing the current thermal balance testing standards of CFB boilers in world, this paper do a research on heat balance of 300 MW CFB boiler in china by the standards of DL/T964-2005. The main conclusions are as follows; thermal efficiency of the burning anthracite CFB boiler are as high as 91.8 % under the condition of customary operation. The desulfurization efficiency could reach 91. 51 % under the condition of the Ca/S molar ratio = 1. 567. The NO, emission concentration is 79 mg/Nm^3. Analysis of the cause of large heat loss of exhaust gas. Then research the relationship of heat absorption proportions of each part of boiler (furnace, external heat exchanger, flue tail) with the load and the proportion of plant electrical consumption.
