用RP-HPLC法测定4-三氟甲基苯胺的纯度

摘　　要：建立了以乙腈-水为流动相，使用C18柱进行分离的反向液相色谱法测定4-三氟甲基苯胺纯度的分析方法，检测波长为254nm，乙腈-水的比例为60：40，柱温为室温。方法RSD=0．13％，加标回收率为99．3％～101．3％，最低检测限为0．01μg／mL。该方法操作简便、快速、准确。ARP-HPLC method for the determination of purity of 4-three fluorine methylanilines was developed using C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile 60% （V/V） and water 40% and the column temperature was room temperature. The detection limit was 0.01μg/mL, the detection wavelength was 254 nm,the recovery was 99.3% - 101.3% ,the RSD was 0.13%. The method is simple,fast and accurate.
