基于产业层面的离岸服务外包技术溢出效应的探索性分析

摘　　要：本文从产业层面构建了离岸服务外包的技术溢出模型，就离岸服务外包对生产者服务业、服务业及制造业的技术溢出效应进行了探索性分析。结果表明离岸服务外包对我国服务业整体的溢出效应不显著，但对生产者服务业存在较显著的技术溢出效应；离岸服务外包对制造业的技术溢出效应受离岸服务外包部门结构的影响，且通过后向关联对制造业产生的技术溢出效应略强于通过前向关联所产生的技术溢出效应。The paper constructs a spillovers model based on industry, and test its spillover to producer services, services and manufacturing. The results show that the spillover to service is not significant, whereas there is significant spillover to producer services. The sector structure of offshore outsourcing of services affects the spillover to manufacturing, and the spillover driven by backward linkage is more than that driven by forward linkage.
