摘　　要：绥化作为黑龙江省农区工业化的示范区，实施循环经济的战略意义在于：循环经济的理念可以更加有效地使绥化的资源比较优势（如：农业资源、畜牧业资源和人力资源等优势）真正转化为经济优势。通过围绕资源的精深加工和循环利用，把“原”字号资源和产品转化为高附加值的工业产品，拉长产业产品链条，增加农产品附加值，为农区提供尽可能多的就业机会，最终实现工业与农业的优势互补，确保农民收入大幅增加。发挥绥化畜牧业发达、猪血、脏器等资源丰富的优势，应在生化药物领域，采用生物提取、分离、纯化等新技术，重点开发猪血蛋白制药和胰岛素的制取、利用猪皮胶元蛋白开发化妆品等新产品，利用公司＋农户模式逐步将绥化的生猪产业形成规模化和产业化。Suihua took the Heilongjiang Province agriculture area industrialization the model district, the implementation circulation economy strategic sense lies in： The circulation economy idea may cause Suihua＇s resources comparison superiority effectively （for example： Superiority and so on agricultural resources, animal husbandry resources and human resources） transform truly as the economical superiority. Displays the Suihua animal husbandry developed, the pig blood, the internal organs and so on the resources rich superiority, should in the biochemistry medicine domain,use the biological extraction,the separation,the purification and so on the new technology, the key development pig blood protein drugs manufacture and the insulin system takes, the use pig hide glue Yuan protein development cosmetics and so on the new product,Suihua＇s live pig industry will form the formalization and the industrial production gradually using the company ＋ peasant household pattern.
