摘　　要：数字市政空间基础地理信息平台是建设"数字城市"基本的和必要的组成部分之一,本文对广州市"数字市政"空间基础地理信息平台项目的建设目标、内容、框架体系、关键技术、质量控制以及经济和社会效益进行了详细地分析和探讨。Digital Municipal Spatial Fundamental Geographic Information Platform is very essential and necessary in the construction of a digital city. This paper, concerned with Guangzbou city, introduced and discussed the content, the construction of general frame system, the key technology, the quality control and the social and economic benefits in this subject.
