摘 要:当前我国水平混凝土构件支模常采用扣件式钢管支模架,施工现场高大支模架坍塌事故时有发生。结合南京某高架桥、北京"西西"工程4号地项目和南京江宁某工程等高大支模架坍塌事故实例进行分析计算,证明事故发生的典型原因是支架本身有严重的构造缺陷,在此基础上提出保证顶部扣件抗滑承载力要求等避免坍塌事故的技术措施。Currently, fastener steel pipe formwork support is usually adopted as horizontal concrete component formwork support in China, and collapse accidents of high and large formwork support often happen on construction site. Through analysis and calculation of some high and large formwork support collapse cases, such as a viaduct in Nanjing, "Xi-Xi" project No.4 site in Beijing and a project in Jiangning district of Nanjing City, key reason for these accidents is serious structural defects existing in the support itself. On this basis, technical measures that can satisfy antiskid bearing requirements of top fasteners are proposed to avoid collapse accident.
