摘　　要：以2 a生东方杉扦插苗的1 a生硬枝为材料,研究了IBA对东方杉硬枝扦插生根的影响。结果表明:IBA对东方杉硬枝扦插生根效果显著,各处理生根率均比对照高,IBA 1000 mg/L水剂处理插穗60 s,其生根率达70.0%;而IBA粉剂对插穗生根的效果远好于水剂,尤其以1000 mg/L的IBA粉剂处理插穗生根效果最好,生根率达90.0%,平均不定根6.4条、平均根长7.2 cm。Hardwood cuttings from two-year cutting seedlings of Taxodium mucronatum × Cryptomeria fortunei were used to study the effect of IBA on rooting capacity of hardwood cuttings. The results showed that the rooting ratios of cuttings treated with IBA, and were significantly higher than the control （ untreated with IBA）. The average rooting ratio of cuttings treated with 1 000 mg/L water solution for 60s could reach 70.0%. Compared with the water solution of IBA, IBA powders had a better effect on rooting capacity of the cuttings, and 90.0% of the cuttings treated with 1 000 mg/L IBA powders had produced 6.4 adventitious roots with 7.2 cm on average.
