摘　　要：介绍了X093Z轴向游隙测量仪的测量原理及其加载结构,并详细介绍了影响其测量精度的各个因素,采取了相应的结构,使其具有消除或减少测量误差的功能,测量重复性达到3μm以内,示值误差在±3μm以内。The measuring principle and loading mechanism are introduced of X093Z type instrument for dynamic measurement of axial clearance of bearings, the every factors affecting the measurement accuracy are also explained in detail. By adapting corresponding mechanisms, enable the instrument having the functions to eliminate or reduce the measuring error. The measuring repetitiveness can be controlled within 3um, and the indicting value error is less than ±3um.
