摘　　要：在对"公司+农户"组织模式进行系统分析的基础上,利用系统动力学流率基本入树建模法,建立了"公司+农户"组织模式的系统反馈结构模型,并利用笔者提出的系统反馈基模生成系计算方法,计算出系统反馈基模,通过对系统主导反馈基模的分析,提出相应的管理方针,实现了用系统科学的方法有效分析"三农"问题的目的。Based on the system analysis on the model ＂company ＆ peasant household＂, using the method of rate-variable fundamental in-tree,it establishes a feedback structure model on ＂company ＆ peasant household＂ model. Through calculating method about the vector multiplication method of system in-tree feedback archetypes＂ spanning set, it calculates all system＇s feedback archetypes. Through analyzing the main feedback archetypes of the system, it poses out management methods, and succeedes in analysis the ＂San Nong＂ problem of China with the method of system science.
