摘 要:研究了在Hβ沸石催化下,邻苯二酚与叔丁醇烷基化合成4-叔丁基邻苯二酚的反应。系统考察了反应时间、反应物的配比、反应温度、催化剂用量及催化剂重复使用等因素对反应的影响,优化了反应条件。结果表明,当酚与醇摩尔比为1∶4,催化剂用量为5g/1mol酚,反应时间为3h,转化率可达87%以上,选择性可达99%以上。证明Hβ沸石对该反应有较好的催化活性和选择性。The synthesis of p- tert- butylcatechol by Hβ zeolite through catechol and tertbutyl 'alcohol were studied. Effects of reaction time, mole ratio of reactants and amount of catalyst on yield of Acetals (acetals) were investigated. Results showed that Hβ was an efficient catalyst for the allylation with high conversion and selectivity in mild conditions. The optimum reaction condition : molar ratio of catechol to tert - butyl alcohol was 1: 4, catalyst amount was 5g/1mol catechol,reaction time was 4h. Under that condition, conversion was over 87% and selectivity was over 99%.
