摘　　要：建立了新洁尔灭消毒液中主药含量测定的新方法。利用系数倍率法掩蔽新洁尔灭消毒液中NaNO2的紫外吸收光谱干扰,以主药新洁尔灭作标准曲线回归,样品不经分离用UV法直接测定。结果表明,不同生产批号的新洁尔灭消毒液用UV-Cary50测定其含量,本法与药典相比,结果满意。本法简便、快速、准确,无需分离,无需预处理,回收率高。A new method for content determination of main drug in Bromo Geramine thimerosal was established. The disturbance of NaNO2 by ultraviolet absorption spectrum was avoided by coefficient range method. The sample with no separation was determined by UV method by using Bromo Geramine as curvilinear regression. The results were satisfied compared to pharmacopoeia when different batch number was determined by UV - Cary 50. The method is simple, rapid, accurate, no separation and no pretreatment, high recovery.
